Transport

Taxi
The Adnan Menderes Airport is located 18km away from the conference venue (The Hilton Izmir hotel). One of the simplest ways to reach the conference venue is to take a taxi and go to the Hilton Izmir hotel. The average duration of travel is around 20 minutes. The cost is approximately between 50-60TL (100TL is about 30 US$ and about 25€).
Airport Shuttle (HAVAS)
One of the cheapest way to reach the conference venue is to take a Shuttle that departs from the arrival level of the airport (the ground floor, HAVAS station). At the "Alsancak" station, drop off from the shuttle. The hotel is in 5 min walking distance to the station. Average duration: 60 mins (depending on the traffic). Cost: less than 15 TL (VAT Included).
