Bio:
Dr. Gamze Arman is a Work and Organizational Psychologist, career researcher, and coach. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from Boğaziçi University and Koç University and her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University (Chicago, USA), with a minor degree in communication. She is currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol). Dr. Arman has experience in various areas of organizational psychology research but is primarily interested in careers in global and multicultural contexts. While advancing her research and teaching career, she has remained committed to bridging the scientist-practitioner gap and has been involved in several applied projects related to consulting and training. Her pursuit of integrating scientific research with practical applications led her to become a career coach for global professionals.
