Corporate Branding and Marketing Specialist

The Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center (IBG, Turkey) is looking for a fulltime Corporate Branding and Marketing Specialist.

Required Qualifications

•To graduate from universities' Media and Communication, Radio, Television and Cinema, Journalism, Public Relations and Publicity, communication and related departments,

•To have at least 2 years of experience in social media management, marketing and sales, brand management including employer branding and organization,

•To have press release and preferably copywriting experience,

•To be experienced in the preparation of the contents necessary for the corporate branding, interview etc. and follow-up of press reflections, 

•To follow up marketing trends, mastering written and visual, digital and traditional marketing activities,

•To be experienced in brand recognition, marketing processes and corporate communications 

•To have the vision to manage brand and image,

•To be able to use MS Office programs at a very good level,

•To have good command of Turkish and English (both writing and speaking) 

•To have developed communication skills in human relations and be able to work within a team.

•To have advanced planning, organization, coordination and representation skills,

•To have high presentation skills and be result-oriented, 

•Being without travel restriction is preferred

Job Description 

•To create a comprehensive corporate communication, marketing and branding plan in line with the Center's goals and manage this plan,

•To carry out campaigns and studies that will strengthen the image of the Center, to follow the agenda and sector trends,

•To provide communication with media organizations, other centers, our customers, current and potential business partners,

•To create interesting and informative content for press releases, marketing materials, social media and the Center’s website, to prepare and follow up relevant materials,

•To produce projects by following the trends in the sector served,

•Increasing product and Center’s recognition in the target market,

•To organize marketing initiatives such as fairs, congresses, conferences related to our sector, to ensure coordination with relevant institutions and individuals, to represent our Center in these events.

•To identify strategic brand collaboration opportunities, to ensure that they are projected and implemented,

•Identifying potential customers and creating a customer portfolio,

•Making customer contracts, creating necessary customer files,

•Managing customer relations,

•To provide the services and solutions we offer effectively, to create customer-specific solutions.
