ASSOC. PROF. DUYGU SAĞ IS ELECTED AS A COMMITTEE MEMBER OF THE TURKISH NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR UNESCO
A research group leader at IBG,Assoc. Prof. Duygu SAĞ, is elected as a member of the “Natural Sciences Committee of the Turkish National Commission for UNESCO”.
UNESCO has been the only agency of the United Nations that actively aims to foster science. The “Natural Sciences Committee of the Turkish National Commission for UNESCO” works towards implementing the goals and ideals of UNESCO in line with the priorities of our country.
Dr. Duygu SAĞ was the recipient of both the 2017 “L'Oreal UNESCO Turkey Young Women Scientists Award” and the 2018 “L'Oreal UNESCO International Rising Talent Award”, and since 2019 she has been actively involved in UNESCO activities at national and international level.
