JOINT MIND PLATFORM STUDY HELD AT IBG
The Joint Mind Platform® Study was held under the coordination of TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE on 17-18 September with the participation of IBG employees.
The workshop planned meticulously by specialists of one of TÜBİTAK’s institutes, the Turkish Institute for Industrial Management (TÜSSİDE), aims to receive the internal stakeholders’ opinions and evaluations which will provide input towards the strategic plan.
The workshop is a significant step of the preparatory work initiated at Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center (IBG) towards the 2022-2026 Strategic Plan. The objective was to set the organisation’s mission and vision with IBG’s internal stakeholders, and to get the perceptions of internal stakeholders on the strong areas of the organisation as well as those open to improvement, and their opinions on the opportunities and threats around the organisation.
IBG employees participated actively to the workshop, sharing their knowledge, thoughts and expertise with TÜSSİDE specialists, using various creative methods based on reliable techniques.
