Delegation from İnönü University Visits IBG

A delegation led by İnönü University Rector Prof. Dr. Nusret Akpolat, accompanied by the university’s vice rectors, visited the Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center (IBG). The meeting was attended by IBG Board Member and Dokuz Eylül University (DEU) Rector Prof. Dr. Bayram Yılmaz, along with members of the IBG administration.

During the visit, the parties discussed potential future collaborations between the two universities. The agenda included joint research projects, academic initiatives, and strategic developments in the field of biotechnology. Both sides expressed their intention to strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation and explore new models and programs that could enhance academic and scientific synergy.
