The Histopathology Unit is a key research infrastructure that supports basic, translational, and clinical studies by performing morphological examinations at the tissue level. Equipped with advanced tissue processing systems, our unit provides researchers with reliable, rapid, and high-quality analytical opportunities.
Histopathological evaluations are of critical importance in numerous research areas, particularly in elucidating disease mechanisms, testing drug efficacy, and validating biomarkers. In this context, our unit offers routine hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) staining as well as special histochemical stainings (PAS, Masson’s Trichrome, etc.).
While providing these services, we place great importance on ensuring that requests not only from within our institution but also from external organizations and the private sector are processed with the same efficiency and diligence.
All these instruments enable researchers to analyze their samples with the highest accuracy, while enhancing work efficiency and reproducibility.
As the Histopathology Unit, our mission is to provide researchers with services at the highest quality standards, thereby improving the reliability and efficiency of scientific projects. In line with advancing technologies, we continuously update our infrastructure and remain committed to offering user-friendly and result-oriented solutions.
