The main objective of the Gender Equality Plan is to promote gender equality within IBG and to create an inclusive working and research environment where women and men have equal opportunities.

The Gender Equality Plan is monitored through indicators based on concrete objectives and is evaluated at least once a year. In line with the principle of continuous improvement, updates are made based on the data obtained.
