Registration:
Applicants who wish to participate in the course are required to complete the registration form and submit it via e-mail to no later than 27 March 2026, 17:00. The application must include the completed form along with a copy of a valid ID and a PDF document verifying student, employee, or postdoctoral fellow status.
Following the evaluation of applications, candidates will receive a confirmation e-mail within the available quota, granting them the right to finalize their registration.

Total 40 hours of theoretical training
Total 35 hours of practical training

Total 20 hours of theoretical training
Total 12 hours of practical training
Practical sessions and 20% of the theoretical lectures will be conducted face-to-face. The theoretical sessions scheduled for 6–9 April will be delivered online via a remote learning model (live online training requiring camera and microphone participation).
Theoretical lectures on 10 April 2026 will be held at the IBG Aziz Sancar Conference Hall, while practical sessions involving laboratory animals will take place at the IBG Vivarium (5th floor).
Theoretical Lectures: 6–10 April

Practical Sessions: 11–14 April
100% attendance required
Examination: 14 April 2026
Participants who achieve a score of 70 or above in the examination and meet the attendance requirements will be awarded the Laboratory Animal Use Certificate.
Note:
The course program has been prepared in accordance with the Directive on the Training Program for Laboratory Animal Use Certification, published by the General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on 02.04.2019 (Circular No. 2019/03).
Tetanus vaccination is mandatory and must be completed no later than one week before the practical sessions begin.
IBG HADYEK reserves the right to modify the course schedule, dates, or lecture hours, or to cancel the course if deemed necessary. Participants will be notified one week in advance. In case the course is cancelled, all paid participation fees will be refunded.
