IBG-BIOBANK supports the ethical, secure, and sustainable storage, sharing, and use of biological specimens and associated data in research activities. Below are the application options available for researchers, institutions, and participants who wish to benefit from our services or initiate a collaboration.
Service / Collaboration Application
Researchers and institutions wishing to utilize IBG-BIOBANK services or request collaboration within a project can submit an application through the Service / Collaboration Request Form.

Biological Sample Request
Applications for the use of biological samples stored at IBG-BIOBANK for research or industrial purposes are submitted via the Biological Sample Request Form.

- R&D Studies
- Industrial Applications
Biological Sample / Data Storage Request
Applications for the storage of biological samples and/or their associated data at IBG-BIOBANK are submitted via the Biological Sample / Data Storage Preliminary Information Form.
Scope:
- Short- and long-term storage
- Integration of samples and data
- Storage processes compliant with ethical and legal standards
Biological Sample Donation
Participants and/or authorized institutions wishing to donate biological samples to IBG-BIOBANK can initiate the donation process by completing the Biological Sample / Data Storage Preliminary Information Form.

Ethics and Privacy
All activities conducted within IBG-BIOBANK are carried out in accordance with ethics committee approvals, national and international regulations, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
